WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We kindly ask you adhere to a black tie dress code. Men should wear a tuxedo or dark, elevated suit. Women should wear a floor-length dress. We kindly ask that ladies refrain from wearing shades of white.

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will have both indoor and outdoor options, and the reception will take place indoors.

CAN I BRING A DATE OR +1?

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS FOR THE WELCOME PARTY?

For those in town the night before, please join us for a Welcome Party at Flounder Brewing Co from 7-10pm. Further details can be found on the Welcome Party page.

Dress code is elevated casual.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Please arrive at the ceremony by 5:30 PM.

If you’re taking the shuttle from the hotel, it will depart promptly at 5:15 PM — be sure to arrive a few minutes early so you don’t miss it!

HOW CAN I ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION BACK TO THE HOTEL?

Shuttles will be provided for those staying at the Somerset Hills Hotel, as there is a minimal amount of Ubers available late in the evening. Shuttles will return at 11:30 PM once the celebration ends. If you plan to depart earlier than the scheduled return, please arrange your own transportation in advance.

WHERE SHOULD WE PARK?

If you're driving, for your convenience, complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask that you be present with us and do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture all the special moments and are excited to share the photos with you.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD/CHILDREN?

While we love your little ones, this is an adults only wedding. We appreciate your understanding!

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY MEAL SELECTION?

No need to decide just yet — meal selections will be made during the reception!

Ashleigh and Robbie spent almost 20 years growing-up less than a mile away from each other. They likely crossed paths at their favorite ice cream spot, Halo Pub, favorite pizza shop, Delorenzo's, or favorite restaurant, Manino's. However, it wasn't until December 2021 when Robbie and Ashleigh were finally, formally introduced by their mutual friend, Hinge.

At the time, Ashleigh was living in Miami, planning a move to NYC when fate (and a bit of strategic location adjusting on the app) led her to connect with Robbie, who had just moved to the city. They quickly discovered a shared connection – 609 area codes, and to their surprise, had grown up in neighboring towns. Even more incredible, Robbie’s mom, Roseann, had been Ashleigh’s high school principal at WWP South!

With Ro's stamp of approval, Robbie and Ashleigh's connection deepened as they decided to talk daily, despite the distance. When Ashleigh made a trip to NYC for work, Robbie planned a special weekend. They had dinner at Emmy Squared in the West Village, and a second date planned the next day. But life had other plans, when Robbie woke up the next morning with a fever, only to find out he had COVID.

Despite the unexpected hurdle, Ashleigh sent Robbie a thoughtful care package, full of snacks, drinks, and a bottle of...sunscreen?? This was Ashleigh's not-so-subtle hint for him to visit her in Miami. Robbie got the message loud and clear and just a few weeks later, they rang in the New Year together in Miami.

From there, things moved seamlessly as Ashleigh made the move to NYC the following month and as they say, the rest is history. The two have since enjoyed visiting all of their favorite childhood spots, but this time together. While a part of Ashleigh and Robbie wish they had met sooner, they have faith that their 'invisible string' brought them together at the perfect time.

But the universe aligns and you will realize everything that you went through before you met, was just preparing your heart for them."
